Bath & Shower: Awaken your senses by adding up to 5 drops in 2 tbsp of bath oil, shower gel, or carrier oil.

Beauty: Relax your body and mind while nourishing your skin. Use up to 8 drops in 1 tbsp of carrier oil, creams, and serums.

Diffusers & Burners: Embrace the moment. Add 8 to 10 drops in a diffuser or burner.

Blend Suggestions

Blends well with: Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, and all citrus essential oils

Diffuser: Add a total of 8 to 10 drops of Cypress, Peppermint and Grapefruit essential oils in a diffuser for an uplifting ambiance.

Bath: Mix 6 to 8 drops of Cypress essential oil to a carrier oil of your choosing, then add to your bathwater for a balancing soak.

Decongestant: Add 3 drops of Cypress essential oil on a cotton round and inhale.
