Kira menopause relief contains the active ingredient Black Cohosh which is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of symptoms of the menopause, such as hot flushes, night sweats and temporary changes in mood based on traditional use only.

Directions

For oral use only. Take one tablet daily. Swallow the tablets whole with liquid.

Ingredients

Active ingredients 6.5mg of dry extract of the root of Black Cohosh. The extraction solvent is Thanol 60% v/v. Also contains lactose monohydrate.

Warnings

Do not exceed stated dose. Do not use if you are under 18 years old, pregnant or breast feeding, allergic to any of the ingredients, have ever had an oestrogen dependent tumor, have liver or kidney problems. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
